40 Acres of Exclusive Luxury


Guests at Pine Mountain Camp are entitled to the exclusive use of the entire 40 acres, this includes Ponderosa Lodge, Sugar Pine Cabin. Small and intimate, we can accommodate up to 21 guests. See Accommodations.

The nightly rate is $1950 with a 2 night minimum stay. Additional fees include Cleaning, Security and County tax. Weekly or monthly rates vary based upon the season. Other minimums apply on holidays and peak season weekends. Please contact us by email for inquiries on holding events at our private outdoor amphitheater. For our Corporate Clients, the midweek, 24 hour charge is $3000. By reservation only. Email us for availability at info@pinemountaincamp.com



At the time of booking, we will require a $500.00 deposit, per night, with full payment due 60 days in advance of your stay. Should the balance not be received by that date, the reservation will be canceled and the deposit forfeited. If your reservation is made within sixty days of your intended stay, full prepayment is required at the time of booking. We accept cash, personal checks or money wire transfers.

Arrivals / Departures

Our check in time is from 3:00 pm—6:00pm

On your day of departure, we kindly request that you vacate the camp no later than 12 noon.

Additional Provisions

We are a non-smoking property, and pursuant to state law, have adopted a smoke-free policy on the entire 40 acre property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere, including all buildings, our amphitheater, patios, decks, or anywhere on our 40 acres.


Due to our intimate size and exclusivity, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, your deposit, less $100, will be refunded, provided we receive notice of your cancellation 60 days prior to your arrival. Cancellation with less than 60 days notice, will forfeit your payment unless we are able to re-book, then we will refund all but $100 as a processing fee. We suggest purchasing travel insurance to cover your loss in the event of a cancellation after the final payment has been made.
